Whole Child Jefferson began the process of becoming a Whole Child Community in January 2007 under the leadership of the Healthy Start Coalition and the Jefferson County Health Department. We have formed a community-based planning group with broad-based participation from the business, political, faith-based and service provider communities. We have developed a planning frame work and time line following the Whole Child planning process map, and are looking forward to enthusiastic participation from our community in all of the planning phases

As we move to becoming a Whole Child Community, we will add information about us to the Whole Child Project Website.
